Usage of Wall Mounted Concrete Saw
This high frequency wall saw features high power, strong cutting capacity, and a lightweight design, and is widely used in the following scenarios:
- Building wall renovation – It cuts door/window openings, ventilation holes, and pipeline reserved holes on walls, and cuts off reinforced concrete beams and columns. Equipped with a large φ1200 mm saw blade, it delivers a maximum cutting depth of 510 mm. It can cut through thick walls or large load-bearing components in one pass to reduce secondary trimming. The 16 kW water-cooled high-frequency motor provides powerful output for stable and efficient heavy-load cutting.
- Structural demolition and reinforcement – Suitable for cutting and renovating flat and vertical structures such as floor slabs, bridges, and pavements, including partial demolition, grooving before crack repair, and surface treatment for reinforcement zones. The machine is lightweight (the wall saw main unit weighs only 27 kg, and the main motor weighs 18 kg). Matched with a 2 kg wireless remote controller, operators can control it from a distance. It works perfectly for overhead hanging operations or narrow spaces, greatly improving safety and convenience.

Working Principle of High-Frequency Concrete Wall Cutting Machine
The working principle of high-frequency wall saw is to convert high-frequency electric energy into vibration energy. Then transmit the vibration energy to the cutting surface for cutting through the saw blade. Its vibration components are the electromagnetic coil and oscillator. When the power supply is energized, the current passes through the electromagnetic coil to generate an electromagnetic field. This in turn causes the magnetic core on the oscillator to generate high-frequency vibration.
The saw blade is fixed on the vibration part of the high-frequency high-frequency wall saw. When the vibration part operates, the saw blade produces rapid up-and-down movement due to vibration, thus realizing the purpose of rapid cutting.
Steps of Using a Wall Sawing Machine
- Install the wall saw on a stable surface.
