Our History
Foundation & Initial Manufacturing
Yugong Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 with its production base located in Shandong. In the early stage, we manufactured and supplied concrete machinery, steel‑bar processing machinery, drilling rigs, and lifting equipment.
Domestic Market Expansion
New branches were successively set up in Xinjiang and Shanxi in 2010, greatly expanding our market footprint across China.
New Core Operational Headquarters
In 2014, the company acquired a 600‑sq‑m two‑floor office covering the 26th and 27th floors of Building B, Jingsha Plaza, Zhengzhou, Henan Province, which became our core operation hub.
Brand Restructuring & Official Renaming
The enterprise completed brand reorganization in 2016 and was officially renamed Henan Yugong Machinery Co., Ltd.
Business Growth & Management Upgrade 2.0
From 2018 to 2019, we expanded our business scale and rolled out in‑depth management reforms, achieving Management Iteration 2.0.
Endogenous Growth Amid Pandemic
During 2020‑2022, we stayed focused on core business and prioritized endogenous growth despite pandemic‑era challenges. Our total output value exceeded RMB 500 million.
International Business Boom & New Subsidiary
2024‑2025 witnessed rapid growth of our International Business Department. Our management system was upgraded to Iteration 3.0, and Fulai Machinery Company was formally established.
New Subsidiary Launch for Group Momentum
Daxiang Machinery Company went into operation in 2026. It brings fresh impetus and fuels the sustainable development of the whole group.
